Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu by various means of transport and transfer to Hotel by our airport representative.

Day 2: Explore the Kathmandu city
We explore the Kathmandu city which is also trek preparing day. We pass our day visiting some world heritage sites in Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Swyambhunath Stupa. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 3: Drive to Pokhara or fly to Pokhara
Drive to Pokhara in a tourist vehicle normally takes seven hours. If you fly to Pokhara it takes 35 minutes of scenic flight. It is possible to take a jeep drive to the Kagbeni village, starting point of the upper Mustang trek. It takes normally 10 hours to arrive in Kagbeni on the same day passing through the Kaligandaki gorge, Tatopani, Ghasa, Lete, Marpha, Jomsom, and to Kagbeni. Overnight in the lodge at Kagbeni.

Day 4: Fly to Jomsom (2700m) and trek to Kagbeni (2810m)
If we take early morning flight to the town of Jomsom then it is only 3 hours of trekking or 45 minutes of jeep drive to arrive in a small town of Kagbeni. The view of mountains like Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri, and Thorang peak are awesome during this trial. Stay in Kagbeni and explore kagbeni village situated near Kaligandki river.

Day 5: Trek to Chuksang (3100m)
After breakfast, we leave kagbeni village and headed towards Chuksang leaving lower Mustang and enter Upper Mustang. On the west side we will see numerous caves on the way to Tangbe. Watch three colors of cliffs, red, white, and black. We continue our walk to Chuksang village and arrive here after one hour. Overnight in Chuksang. 5/6 hours of walking.

Day 6: Trek to Samar (3150m)
We start our trek early in the morning to reach Samar. It is a short trekking route. Take frequent breaks and interact with the villagers. Take fantastic pictures. Overnight at lodge in Samar. 5 hours of trekking.

Day 7: Trek to Geling (3510m)
We start our route taking a uphill track from Samar to reach at the top of the cliff that again leads us to a gorge to reach Shyangmochen, a tiny village with little facilities. We climb the pass of 3800m pass with the superb view of the mountains and descend down to Geling village having small population living in small mud houses. Overnight in lodge in Geling. 7 hours of trekking.

Day 8: Trek to Ghami (3490m)
Our trial leads to Nyi-La passat 3932m which is 400m above Ghami vilalge takes three hours. After the pas we gently descend down to the village of Ghami, a semi-large village. Enjoy beautiful panorama of the mountains and we can see many ancient Buddhist monuments in between the route.. Overnight in the lodge in Ghami. 5 hours of trekking.

Day 9: Trek to Charang (3620m)
Today, we walk towards Charang village. It is the hardest trek during our entire trip but fantastic views of the mountains on our backdrops. We reach Charang at the mid afternoon passing through the longest ancient maniwalls of Nepal in Tagmar Chu. Charang village welcome us with huge Dzong and red gompa with its treasures of many ancient paintings in the eastern end. There is a hydropower plant in Charang for the villagers. Overnight at Charang in Lodge. 5 hours of trekking.

Day 10: Trek to Lo Manthang (3840m)
We explore Charang village area and head up to the valley of Lo Manthang. We Visit the Charang village large old monastry and village of Dhakmar and headed towards the Lo four hour uphill walk. We have a great view of the Lomanthang from the north east corner of the cliff which takes 30 minutes downhill walk to reach walled town of Lo. Overnight in the lodge. 4 hours of walking.

Day 11: Explore Lo Manthang Excursion around Lo Manthang.
Walk in the valley of Gharphu- Lo Manthang. Our main attraction for today are Jampa Lhakhang or Jampa Gompa, the oldest, built in the early 15th century and also known as the “God house”; Thubten Gompa, built in the late 15th century and located just southwest of Jampa Gompa; Chodey Gompa, and Choprang Gompa, which is popularly known as the “New Gompa”.

Day 12: Trek back to Ghami (3490m)
We now return back to Ghami village from different trial. A little longer route and more interesting than first route. You will pass through Ghar Gompa located nearby Logekar village. Furthermore, we take south direction small but relatively fertile valley of Dhakmar to return to Ghami. Overnight stay in the lodge. 5 hours of walk.

Day 13: Ghami to Chuksang (2900m)
We will reach Chuksang after crossing the barren bank of Kaligandaki and walking through some desert like land area for six hours. Overnight stay in Chuksang.

Day 14: Chuksang to Muktinath (3795m)
We start walking towards Muktinath today. You will walk with the view of the apple orchards, agricultural fields and pretty villages. We visit the holy temple of Muktinath popular among both Hindu and Buddhist religion and have a wonderful view of Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and Tukuche peak. It is interesting to watch how the piligrimage take a bath in 108 water spouts of Muktinath temple. Overnight in Muktinath.

Day 15: Trek to Jomsom or take a jeep ride to Jomsom:
We take a jeep ride to small town of Jomsom to pass overnight. If you walk towards Jomsom then you have to walk through the bank of the Kaligandaki river passing through Kagbeni and Eklebhatti. 2 hours of drive and explore the tiny town of Jomsom. Overnight in Jomsom.

Day 16: Fly to Pokhara or drive to Pokhara:
We take a flight from Jomsom to reach Pokhara in 30 minutes scenic flight which passes through the gorge of the Dhaulagiri and Nilgiri range. If you take a local bus from Jomsom it takes 10 hours ride to reach Pokhara valley. Overnight in Pokhara.

Day 17: Free day in Pokhara or fly back to Kathmandu.
Free day in Kathmandu, shopping, rest, and farewell dinner in Kathmandu.
