Panchase trek is of-the-beaten track in middle hilly range which lies in the west part of Pokhara Valley. It is a short tea house plus community lodge trekking which can be started from Pokhara Valley. The maximum elevation of the trek is 2500m, top of the Panchase Hill which is a popular religious heritage.

This trek provides excellent view of various mountain chains of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Range, Fishtail, Himchuli, Manaslu, Lamjung, and Ganesh Himal in a wide rage.If you are trekking with your children this trek is most wonderful with them. If you have few days free time in Pokhara then you can chose Panchase Hill short trek which can be completed in three to five days.

GPanchase Hill trek do not require any permit like ACAP or TIMS. In this trek, you can also experience the life of the people who lives in Middle Hill ranges via Bhadaure Village where you can meet people of different ethnicity like Brahmin, Chettris, and other groups. Panchase trek can be extended furthermore with 6 days Mardi Himal Trekking or nine days Annapurna Base Camp Trekking if you have enough time and wish to continue your trek in Annapurna Region.

Day 1: Arrival in Pokhara:

We come to Pokhra by bus or by taking a flight on the first day. Enjoy exploring the lake city of Pokhara.  Overnight in the Hotel at Pokhara.

Day 2: Drive to Thade Khola and trek to Bhumdi Village.

From Pokhara,  we take a pirvate vehicle to Thare Khola, where we stat our treking. We walk uphill for two and half hours to reach Bhumdi Village. We lunch at Bhumdi Village, this is a small settlement with few houses scattered on the top of the hill from where you can enjoy the incredible view of the Few Lake and wide view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Ranges. Stay overnight in a homestay at Bhaduare Village. 2.30 hours of walk.

Day 3: Trek from Bhadaure to Panchase Hill Base Camp:

The second day is the most significant day. The trekking trial passes through the dense forest of rhododendron, ochids, and Pine trees. There are not any significant villages or tea house before we reach Panchase hill base camp. We will carry our pack lunch and enjoy the lunch as a Picnic. Wonderful view of the mountains, hills, and forest. 6 hours of walking. Stay overnight in Panchase Village. 2150m.

Day 4: Trek from Panchase village to Bhadaure Village:

We enjoy the panaromic view of  view of the mountain range. For this, it is necessary to climb the Panchase Hill which normally takes 1.30 hr. If you stay at the top of the hill then there is a lodge with a basic facility but sometimes it is fully packed with Nepalese People. Magnificient view of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, Machhapuchhare, and Manaslu Mountain Range. Descend down to your lodge to take a breakfast and continue your walk to Bhadaure Village. 4 hours of walk.

Day 5: Bhadaure Village to Australian Camp:

Bhadaure is a small village with where Gurung and other people resides. From Bhadaure  village onwards, you will find a local jeep to reach to Pokhara or if you want to continue your hike for furthermore one day walk towards Kande and climb Australian Camp at 2050m.  Pokhara or Australian Camp.

Day 6: Australian Camp to Pokhara Via Dhampus: 

Walk down hill for two and half hours to reach Dhampus Phedi. Then, take a taxi to return to Pokhara normally takes 40 minutes. Free day in Pokhara.
