Mardi Himal Trekking is short trekking in Annapurna region. In just in five to seven days of trekking hikers are able to reach the base camp of Mardi Himal at the altitude of 4500m and return back to Pokhara or Kathmandu. Mardi Himal itself is a trekking peak measuring 5587m at a lower level of popular Macchapucchere Himal (Fishtail Peak-6997m). The trek is considered as off-beaten path but the popularity of this trek has increased the flow of both Nepalese and foreign trekkers in this area. The trekking trial of Mardi Himal Base Camp is easy to walk until high camp which is located in 3600m. People accommodate in a mountain lodge at 3600m and walk to the Mardi Himal Base Camp early in the morning for the best sunrise view at the altitude of 4500m.
Mardi Himal Trek offers you the clear and close view of wonderful mountain like Fishtail, Himchuli, Annapurna South, and Dhaulagiri ranges. You will walk through the wonderful village, alpines and fertile valleys of subtropical area and mountain tea gardens. Until reaching Mardi Himal Base camp you will walk through the mountain ridge to have a stunning view of the Mardi and Fishtail mountains at the end of the viewpoint. This short trek offers a small circuit of 5 days where you reach the base camp and return back to Pokhara passing through the different route.
