Day 1: Arrive in Tribhuwan International Airport at Kathmandu.
Our airport representative will pick up you from the airport and take to the hotel. Meeting at the hotel, and some discussion of the trek if the time permits us. Pass overnight in hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Lukla 2840 and trek to Phakding
Transfer to the airport and flight to Lukla. You will fly over a beautiful mountain landscape before arriving in Lukla. The four-hour trek will take you to Phakhding. / 35 minutes of shutter 4 hours of walking. Night in a lodge (2652 m). For the Lukla flight, either it can be started from Kathmandu nowadays many airlines operate their flight from Ramechap to avoid air traffic congestion 4.5 hours drive from Kathmandu, and 20 minutes flight to reach Lukla, 3 hours of trekking, overnight in Phakding village in the lodge.
Day 03: Phakding to Namchebazar:
We trek to the capital of Khumbu region, Namche Bazzar crossing the suspension bridge over thadekoshi river. There are splendid view of Mt. Thameserku while we pass through pine forest. We pass through the village of Jorsalle and cross the Everest National Park checkpoint. Then again, we cross two main river of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi. Then, the trial ascends uphill for three hours to reach Namche Bazar. Overnight in the mountain lodge.
Day 04: Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar:
We walk and explore the Namache Bazar which is a small city in Everest region where many trekkers gathers in this place for a day. We walk to the hiking point of Everest view Hotel for the first glimpse of the Everest, Nupste, and Lhoste,and Amadablam mountains. Namche Bazar itself is surrounded by Kongde and Thameserku mountain. Passing through the Everest view hotel, we walk towards Khumjung village, an eco village in the Everest region where you can see the green roofs. We visit the village and the ancient monastery to have a view of Yeti scalp and descend down to the Namche Bazar. 6 hours of hiking and overnight in Namanche Bazar.3440m
Day 05: Namche to Tengboche monastery
We walk towards Tengboche monastery today with the splendid view of the Amadablam mountain. after crossing the hanging bridge decorated with prayer flags over the river DudhKoshi and admiring superb views of Amadablam and Everest. Tengboche monastery is the oldest monastery in the Everest region which is inside the periphery of Everest National Park, a World Heritage site. If you are interested to participate in a Buddhist prayer ceremony then Tengboche monastery is the best place. 3870m, 6 hours of trekking.
Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche.
We walk today at the high altitude of more than 3800m. We descend down to debuche and cross Imja the bridge over Imja River. We take upper trial of the Imja River valley to have a good view of the mountains and also to visit Dingbohe monastery. We then descend down to Dingboche village for our overnight stay. (4358 m) / 6 hours of walking.
Day 08: Free day in Dingboche for Acclamatization:
We have another acclimatization day at the high altitude of Dingboche village. We can chose the option of walking to Chhukhung valley or climbing in the ridge behind the nearby Dingboche village which is a splendid viewpoint at 5000m. Chukung valley is a beautiful valley surrounded with Amadbalam and the way to the Island Peak base camp. This is also starting point or ending point of the Kong-ma la pass in the everest region. Hike to 5000m or 4750 m and descend down to (4358 m). Night in a lodge.
Day 09: Dingboche to Lobuche:
We resume our main track of the Everest base walking uphill to the moraine having the great and close viewof the mountains via Thukla, a 45 minutes uphill walking to reach the viewpoint where there are memorial of many Everest climbers who lost their lives in the Everest expedition. From Dughla, we descend to Khumbu Glacier moraines with the view of eral great peaks including Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori and Mahalangur Himal. There is a splendid viewpoint near to Lobuche where we have a greatest view of Khumbu glacier and Nuptse. Night in a lodge. 4940m, 6-7 hours of trek.
Day 10: Lobuche-GorakShep-Everest Base Camp 5364m in this Trek:
We walk through the Khumbu glacier to arrive in Gorakshep, a small village with the close view of Everest, Lhoste, Nuptse, Lhoste sar and Pumori. Having lunch in Gorakshep, we continue to EBC which takes more two-and-half hours. We descend down to the viewpoint of the EBC take memorable pictures and return back to Gorakshep on the same day. 8 hours of walking. 5160m. Overnight in lodge.
Day 11: Gorakshep to Kalapatthar view point at 5600m.
We start early in the morning to reach Kalapatthar view point which is windy most of the time. We have our own pace and the might Everest appears slowly when the darkness disappears having a splendid sunshine over three mountains Everest, Lhoste, and Nupste. There are other mountains of Pumori, Lingtern, and Changtse from the view point where we can see the colorful prayer flags. We pass sometime in the viewpoint and descend down slowly to Gorakshep and have our lunch. After our lunch, we come down slowly to Pheriche village. Overnight in Pheriche village. 7/8 hours of walk. 4280m
Day 12: Pheriche to Namche Bazar
We descend down slowly on the way to Namche bazaar from where we can see the same green vegetation of Everest National Park. There are good view of Amadablam, Nuptse, and Thameserku Mountain. We again pass another night in Namche Bazzar in a cosy lodge. 3440m, 7 hours of walking.
Day 13: Trek to Lukla:
We walk now in the similar path which we took for our EBC Trek along side of Dudhkoshi river. We cross many suspension bridges, gateway of Everest National Park, many monasteries, and mani walls to arrive in Lukla. 7 hours of trek. Overnight in Lukla.
Day 14: Fly back to Ramechap and drive or fly back Kathmandu.
35 minutes of flight. To fly back to Kathmandu, you need to always keep the option of extra two days in case of the cancellation of the flight due to weather condition which is the most common problem in Lukla. Always prepare your mind to tackle such situation. It will take 2 days more to return back to Kathmandu with other transportation option.
Day 15: Free time in Kathmandu
You can fly back to destination of your choice after finishing your great trip of Everest Base Camp Trek in Nepal, or if you choose, you can visit the amazing tourist attractions of Kathmandu.
