Details Itinerary of Mediation,and Yoga Tour

Day 1: Arrival day in Kathmandu. Pick up from airport by our airport representative. Stay overnight in a Hotel in Kathmandu or Bouddhanath. Hotel.

Day 2: Join early yoga and meditation course in Bouddhanath. Explore World Heritage sites of the Kathmandu valley; Swyambhunath, Lalitpur, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Hotel.

Day 3: Continue your early morning routine of yoga and meditation. Take a car ride from Kathmandu to Dhulikhel. Hike for two-and-half hour. Engage yourself in midday prayer in Namobuddha Monastery and visit the surrounding area. Stay overnight in Namo Bouddha Monastry.

Day 4: Take part in early morning prayers with monks in the Monastery. Yoga and Meditation practice continues up to mid-day. You can extend your holidays residing in the monasteries guest house of Namobuddha.

Day 5: Short hike up to Panauti and drive back to Kathmandu to Pharping, southern part of Kathmandu city, a famous pilgrimage site of Buddhist and Hindus called Asura Cave and Dakshinkali temple. Get involved yourself in a retreat of spiritual practices with other monks in the famous Padmashambhava cave. Retreat centre.

Day 6: Get involved in various rituals activities in Asura Cave and drive back to Kathmandu to Bhaktapur and visit the ancient city and follow up to Nagarkot hillside and stay overnight in the Hotel.

Day 7: Rise early to have a beautiful glimpse of the mountains and sun rise from your hotel room or hike up to Nagarkot tower to have wonderful view of hills and mountain chains from east to West. Leave Nagarkot and drive to Pokhara in a private vehicle passing through the busiest highway of Nepal. 6 hours to reach Pokhara. Roam around the Lake city. Hotel.

Day 8: Involve yourself in Yoga and Meditation. Sightseen tour of Pokhara hiking to World Peace Stupa and it is worth to visit Mountain Museum and Bat Cave and Gupteshowr Cave. Relax your body and mind from the massage therapy by professional message therapist in Pokhara.Hotel.

Day 9 to 11: Return back to Kathmandu either by flight or by private vehicle and visit Kapon Monastery located on the 5 km North-East from Bouddhanath Stupa. Participate in Buddhism courses and meditation program for a day or two. Stay in a peace and harmony with others and relax your mind and body.

Day 12: Departure date from Kathmandu to next destination.
